One of the city's finest restaurants, it presents Portuguese cuisine reinterpreted by the chef after which the place is named. It only uses fresh seasonal ingredients, so the menu changes frequently but you'll always find curious, creative dishes, including those in two optional tasting menus.
The wine list is excellent, offering almost 200 options.
The dining area is tastefully designed in golden brown, and also displays gourmet products which may be bought.
